Subcontractor Health & Safety
Before any subcontractor can work on an Access | Partners in Property site, they must pass our stringent Health and Safety screening process. Each subcontractor is provided with their own login to our WHS management system, where they can view our H&S documentation and the specific requirements they must meet.

We are committed to continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing. Our Chief People and Safety Officer leads this function at an executive level — ensuring safety remains a strategic priority, not just an operational one.
