New Shoots Children's Centres experienced a significant flooding event. Access was engaged to manage the clean-up, and following this, New Shoots took the opportunity to undertake a full refurbishment of the centre.
Scope of Works
- Flood clean-up and reinstatement
- Converting laminate flooring areas to polished concrete
- Full internal repainting of the centre
- Replacing flood-damaged carpet with high-spec New Zealand wool loop pile carpet
- Rejuvenating existing polished concrete surfaces
Delivery
The refurbishment was completed over a 6-week period, with multiple trades working 7 days a week to meet tight deadlines — all while the centre remained operational. Our Business Unit Manager rolled up his sleeves alongside the team to ensure the project was delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Outcome
